The Worcester County Recreation Center (WCRC) is the County’s hub for indoor athletics. From basketball and volleyball, to track, pickleball, box lacrosse, futsal and more, the pristine facility and staff are equipped to provide an inclusive high-level tournament experience for you and your players. In addition, the WCRC is just a few minutes from the historic town of Snow Hill where you can explore the unique shops and eateries adjacent to the Pocomoke River.
The department employs over 60 staff all to whom provides a variety of special events, programs, and fitness opportunities for youth and adults of all ages to enjoy. The Recreation Center in Snow Hill, is 47,000 sq feet and includes an arena that holds 520 individuals, 4 lane walking/running track, 2 multipurpose courts, locker rooms with showers, meeting spaces, child care room, fitness room and concession stand. The parks offer something for everyone including playing fields, playgrounds, pavilions, fishing ponds, beaches and more.
