Born, raised and educated in Worcester County, Cassandra always dreamed of owning a business. After her children were grown and gone, she was volunteering and working part-time at a specialty store in Berlin when fate intervened. The shop’s proprietors were retiring and asked Cassandra if she wanted to realize her dream and purchase Una Bella Salute (good health). She and her husband Randolph – recently retired from State of Maryland – embraced their entrepreneurial spirit and bought the business. Selling first cold press, organic olive oils, aged balsamic vinegars, olives and gourmet pastas, the Browns have earned a loyal customer base of foodies and Italophiles.
