Jim Heaney started the Martial Arts business over 35 years ago. The facility since opening has expanded into a community resource for martial arts classes, afterschool care and toddler school programs through CMA Kids Care.
Programs offered include junior, kids, teens and adult martial arts and Tai Chi classes, which are all taught by expert instructors. To learn more about the classes visit here.
Kids Care provides funded programs through the Maryland State Department of Education for ages 2-13 years old. Youth are taught math, English, and life skills.
