Baywater Landing’s story began as a marina and tackle shop, a haven for boaters exploring the waterways. But with new ownership came a vision for something more. Lee Beauchamp and Matthew Holloway, the founders, aimed to create a vibrant hub that celebrates the region’s maritime heritage and its star, the delectable bay scallop.
Baywater Seafood, Baywater Landing’s in-house operation, is dedicated to reviving the bay scallop and the local ecosystem. Baywater Landing isn’t just about the food. The marina continues to provide boat slips for those seeking adventure on the water. Educational programs about aquaculture through boat tours, kayak and paddleboard rentals, and house boat over-night rentals.
