Walking into Seacrets Distillery is akin to entering a time capsule and re-emerging in a 1933-era speakeasy. Ocean City’s premier distillery recreates and celebrates the end of prohibition in a state-of-the-art production facility boasting a treasure trove of period antiques and art.
Seacrets Distillery, Ocean City
Opened in 2016, the distillery was the vision of restaurateur Leighton Moore – owner of the adjacent Seacrets nightclub – who oversaw its design and construction. Head distiller Cody Miller produces and bottles Seacrets award-winning, small-batch, handcrafted spirits. Sold on site, and available throughout Maryland, Delaware and Washington, D.C., Seacrets now produces a dozen varieties of rum, vodka, bourbon and whiskey. The distilling company attracts tens of thousands of visitors annually who line up for tours culminating with tastings in the speakeasy.
